Mergivo is subscription software for building and managing online stores. Payment processing, supplier services and delivery depend on the relevant third-party providers.
Software access and digital delivery
Mergivo subscriptions are delivered electronically through your Mergivo account. Access to paid features is enabled after successful payment confirmation and any applicable account checks. No physical shipment or shipping charge applies to the software subscription itself. If access has not been activated after payment confirmation, contact info@mergivo.com with your payment reference.
Optional digital services
Domain registration, AI generation, advertising and other optional services may need additional setup, provider approval or processing. Their scope, price and any available delivery estimates are displayed when ordering. Domain registrations and campaigns depend on the relevant provider and are not guaranteed to complete immediately.
Products sold by independent stores
Physical products offered by merchants using Mergivo are separate from the Mergivo software subscription. The selling store is responsible for displaying shipping destinations, costs, delivery estimates, customs information and its returns policy before purchase. Refer to that store’s checkout and shipping policy for the terms applying to your product order.
Supplier fulfilment and delivery issues
For stores using Mergivo’s connected Zendrop fulfilment service, eligible paid orders are passed to the supplier for processing and shipment. Processing and delivery depend on stock, valid delivery details, destination, shipping method, customs and the carrier. A wallet holding period is not a delivery estimate. Contact the selling store first about tracking, delays, a missing parcel or a damaged item; merchants can contact Mergivo for platform or supplier-coordination issues.
